1000yen will be added to your total price if your order is under 10000yen (not including shipping charge & taxes) as packing fee.

2) MINIMUM QUANTITY(LENGTH) FOR FABRICS:  We accept orders for each fabric starting at 100 cm or more. 



3) FREIGHT CHARGE: Your total shipping cost is (A) (B) and (C).
   (A) EMS shipping fee (Rates based on weight) 
   (B) EMS Insurance charge 
   (C) Overseas shipping procedure fee: 3% of the product price

4) JAPANESE CONSUMPTION TAX (10%) will not be charged on your purchase from overseas.

5) IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery.

6) PAYMENT: *PayPal (Credit Card)
We will mail you Paypal invoice to your Email address in 3 business days after receiving your order. Please complete the payment within 3 days after receiving the invoice-mail.

7) NOT REFUNDABLE NOR EXCHANGEABLE: Most of our productions are made and finished by hands in the traditional way. Each piece might be a little different from others and we appreciate the individuality. Although we try to make the color & figure of the items look actual on screen, but please be aware of a difference from the pictures. Feel free to ask us about the detail of products.

8) PERTICULAR FABRICS ARE NOT ALLOWED FOR COMERCIAL USE: Those printed fabrics which have codes starting from [AD] & [HR] are designed by Japanese designers. They are for personal use only (except residents in Japan).

4) COMPELETE YOUR PAYMENT WITHIN 3 DAYS AFTER RECIEVING THE MAIL. 
Changing or canceling your order is not acceptable after the payment. We start collecting & packing all the items soon after the payment is done.

5) YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE SHIPPED VIA EMS IN 5 DAYS AFTER THE PAYMENT.
